I believe every leader deserves someone in their corner who can step back, see what’s really going on, and help their team find a better way of working.

I’ve spent 12 years in coaching and corporate roles across media, sport and entertainment, including Business Planning Manager at the ABC and Workforce Manager at Adelaide Oval Stadium Management Authority. Again and again, I saw capable, committed teams held back not by their people, but by how work got done day to day.

So that’s what I focus on. I listen to you and your people, find the problem that matters most, and coach your team through the changes. I don’t hand over a report and walk away, and I don’t take over. Your team has a voice in every change, so they understand why it’s happening and how to make it work.

At Adelaide Oval, that approach helped the venue operations team simplify rostering, cover game-day absences with confidence and deliver their highest-turnover AFL season, running it all themselves by the end.
